Passion
Have A Vision, Make A Plan, Then Go Do It

Introduction
I was born and raised in Waterville, Maine. Since I was little, skiing was always a huge passion. I grew up skiing at Sugarloaf Mountain in Maine. I relocated to Vermont in 2016 to continue my education at Northern Vermont University. The Mountains have played a huge role in shaping who I am today and has pushed me towards pursuing not only a career, but a passion in Mountain Recreation Management. This passion has lead to the accomplishment of many unique projects revolving around the ski industry while away from the mountain. Sugar Peak model ski area, Backyard snowmaking, Birch express rope tow, and a model detachable chairlift are just to name a few.

Currently I am an intermediate lift electrician at Stowe Mountain. Four years ago I wrapped up a Bachelors degree in Mountain Recreation Management from Northern Vermont University - Lyndon along with 2 minors, Marketing and Business Administration.
Since then, I have become trade certified with the Vermont labor board for ski lift maintenance and returned to the education world to pursue an online certificate in Advance Business management from Champlain College.
Life At
NVU-Lyndon
Northern Vermont University - Lyndon has given me the opportunity to connect with industry leaders in a way I had never imagined. Classes such as Practicum allowed me to experience a broad range of operational practices across numerous ski areas in northern Vermont and New Hampshire. Visiting these mountains gave me the opportunity to shadow departments I had previously just observed from a public eye. Special thank you to Sean Doll, James Noyes and the NVU staff for helping me get to where I am today!
